You must be at least 18 years old to use MDRN Movement. By using the platform, you represent that:

• You are a professional Pilates instructor or a business seeking to hire instructors
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to approve or deny any application to join the platform at our discretion.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and/or purchase a membership.

You agree to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Membership fees are billed as described on the platform and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

MDRN Movement is a curated platform. By joining as an instructor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding certifications and experience
• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with businesses and clients
• Represent yourself honestly and uphold industry standards

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that do not meet our standards.

Businesses may post opportunities on MDRN Movement. By posting a listing, you agree that:

• All job information provided is accurate and not misleading
• You have the authority to hire for the listed role
• You will engage with instructors professionally and respectfully

MDRN Movement does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any opportunity or engagement.

Payments on the platform may include:

• Instructor memberships
• Featured listings or premium placements
• Other paid services

All payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

MDRN Movement is a technology platform only. We connect Pilates instructors with studios, resorts, retreat companies, and wellness brands — we are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or working relationship between users.

We do not:

• Employ, endorse, or vouch for any instructor or studio on the platform
• Guarantee job placement, income, or hiring outcomes
• Take responsibility for any credentials, qualifications, or representations made by instructors
• Take responsibility for any misrepresentation of information by any user, instructor, studio, or business on the platform — all users are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information they provide
• Replace the responsibility of studios and businesses to conduct their own due diligence before hiring any instructor — it is solely the studio's or business's responsibility to verify qualifications, conduct background checks, and confirm suitability before entering into any working arrangement
• Control, supervise, or take responsibility for any working relationship, contract, or dispute between instructors and businesses
• Take responsibility for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any user — instructor or studio — before, during, or after any engagement arranged through the platform

Any agreements, contracts, payments, or arrangements made between instructors and studios are solely between those parties. MDRN Movement assumes no liability whatsoever for the outcome of any such arrangement.

Any agreements or arrangements made between instructors and businesses are independent of MDRN Movement.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass, exploit, or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass platform systems or payments
• Copy, scrape, or misuse platform content or data

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these Terms.

MDRN Movement is not responsible for:

• Any disputes between instructors and businesses
• Losses or damages resulting from platform use
• The accuracy or reliability of listings or user profiles

Use of the platform is at your own risk.
