Recognized Certification & Training
We look for instructors who hold certifications from recognized fitness training programs. Comprehensive, reputable training is the foundation of a great instructor.
Prior Teaching Experience
We prioritize instructors who have real-world teaching experience — in studios, private sessions, retreats, or other professional settings.
Professional Presence
How an instructor presents themselves matters. We look for professionalism in communication, appearance, and the way they represent their work and brand.

How instructors are accepted

Submit Application
Instructors apply through our application form, sharing their background, certifications, experience, and professional presence.

Our team carefully reviews every application against our quality criteria. This is not an automated process — each application receives genuine consideration.

Invitation to Join
Approved instructors receive an invitation to join the platform and set up their profile within the MDRN Movement network.
